To have parents who can send you money when you need it. To have parents who can send you to school and refuse to let you work during school in order to concentrate on it. To have access to a car, to be able to fly home. To have only school work, career/post-grad ed, and faulty technology to worry about, instead of what I’m going to eat for the next day, week, month. Things are taken for granted by us North Americans far too easily.
